Penned Pylon provides bespoke digital calligraphy design, TRX wallet integration, secure token transfer guidance, calligraphy for NFTs, smart contract art, and blockchain certificate generation. Our services are subject to availability and the specific agreements reached with individual clients.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the inquiry and service process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All digital calligraphy, designs, and content created by Penned Pylon remain the intellectual property of Penned Pylon until full payment is received and specific usage rights are transferred as per individual contract agreements. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our work is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Fees

Details regarding pricing, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods (including TRX or other cryptocurrencies) will be provided in individual project proposals and contracts. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced or as otherwise specified in your agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Penned Pylon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
